Let’s accept Change

Like many I too matured adapting and accepting changes as a civilized countrymen. Since my childhood days entire country changed in several spheres. Fantastic that we surpassed our colonial master England and became 6^th largest economy in world and reminded them that after independence we have grown and survived and time has come we are ready to take giant leap for betterment only.  As a country and as per my layman analysis we almost have foot prints in everything that this civilization concurred and we may be late but certainly we have tried and reached there and many a times we have done better to almost all of them even termed as a developing nation.  Whether in technology or in sports or providing brilliant business masters to rule fortune 500 companies, you take name we are there. In health care we became self-reliant and country started attracting many foreign patients those who are helpless in their own country and accepted India as a better and economical and qualitative alternative.  Check Vijender singh in professional boxing. Till now 8 match, 7 knockouts and zero loss. Who could have imagined this before he took a step in this venture. If I recollect and narrate then list is never ending and joy of having those fantastic moments as an Indian will remain with me always as-long-as I am alive.

8^th November something happened which I’ve not heard of. Statistical data suggest this had happened earlier in Jan 1946 primarily to curb unaccounted money. So I found this really interesting because this has happened in my life time and I am not sure whether in my-life time this will happen again or not. I am neither for it and against it as-long-as I as an individual do not see any changes or mindset of all of us. We are in 21^st century, an era of constant change. Nothing is predictable whether this is international relationship between countries or internal situation inside a country. Religion fundamentalism in it’s worst phase before settle down to make civilization understand real crux. Few years back it was bipolar then predicted uni-polar and now again conflict and seems world  is moving towards multi polar heads before settle down either for best or worst no one knows.

In this era of transformation countries are evolving and transforming themselves. We are not left behind or un-touched to those changes happening all around. We can’t fight to say that the way we were ruled in British era or during a major political party hanging around with public mandate, must continue. Even though older generation may appreciate their old times but must accept and admit that we as a society evolving. If we feel proud that our countries 50% population below 25 years  65% of its population  below 35 years then we need to adapt and grow and accept changes. How this country survive unless there is inclusive growth in all sector and all cast and creed?  Amount of money confined to few and seize happening day in day out clearly shows that our growth was never inclusive.  To guide this changes which we are seeing today , we need leaders too those who believes in inclusive transformation. This is a bold move but whether this pivotal and sufficient enough? Only time can prove that. However we expect an inclusive, approachable leadership. We can say we are an exhaustive and evolving society, embracing CHANGE.

J&K ELECTION OUTCOME

Results are out. Congratulations to those won and also congratulations to all of them those who lost this election. It is not winning or losing only. It is a verdict which you as a leader seek from voters to do something or lead them to a better position and improve their socio-economic condition. This is not simple as I write here but it is much complicated in a country like ours. It is complicated because for the mass mobilization of resources which Govt. of India does and election commissioner of India watch this to be managed in a very free and fair manner. 

I am skipping Jharkhand and not interested even for Jharkhand result. However J&K is exceptional. Fractured mandate. The moment this comes this bring many permutation and combination and sweetness in mouth of all parties spokespersons those who have spitting fire few days back. Isn’t it interesting? I am not sure or aware who is going to form a govt at J&K. A stamped Hindu Party or a stamped Muslim party or a combination of Hindu & Muslim party.  Surprised? No one should not and must not. Surprisingly a party which branded as a Hindu party by many failed to touch the emotion of Ladakh.  Similarly years together both parties doing well till date failed to touch emotion of Jammu people. 

Now what is solution to this? No one can form a govt without the help of each other. Yes it is true that Govt. may not last for a longer period as all most all of them having ideological difference with each other but to keep their face upright in-front of us they will compromise. They will try to manage their ideological difference with each other till further election to spit venom. After continuing few months again they will pull each other leg and go for a fresh election which we are going to watch at Delhi shortly.

 

In my observation this results are so nicely poised to bring best amongst all these political parties those who are representing us through our mandate. If you as party can join hands now for power then why you can’t join hands together in nation building. Why you all are not keeping aside your differences and focusing on development of my country? I am not bother which party you lead as a leader or how many of you united amongst each other to give best. As a voter  I want to see progress rather creating chaos in country. Let opposition work for a constructive opposition mindset. Let ruling party work for a better tomorrow. Don’t divide this country in the name of religion. You all tried that in J&K. But you have failed. Now you need to sallow your ego and go for an arrangement without any choice. Why this type situation always helps you to unite? Why can’t you learn from your mistake to bring the best for us. Before disaster strike learn from your mistakes. Lead as a leader to unite us. Not to divide us. Watch our neighbours and their mistakes.  Rather pulling each other and shouting in RS AND LS,  LEAD US as a LEADER

“Death in my neighbourhood”

Fingers not finding correct words to describe act or horror orchestrated by perpetrators. End of operation found 140 innocent live lost, gone forever. We the parents saw dreams through their eyes and we the parents inconsolable with the demise of our children’s.They say it is Jihad, they say it is them who only can show the path to Jannat, It is they who kill and it is they who plan to take entire world in hostage. 

“26/11” we lost 164 our own lives. We shouted in anger, in sorrow and we provided all the details required to capture and punish those who are behind these heinous act and taken our city in hostages. As a country you were always in denial. Even Kasab statements didn’t help you to understand to take action at your end. When we say there is no difference in terrorist or terrorism and their act is only one to create mayhem, destruction, bloodshed and death, you didn’t understand us.If you could have acted at that time this horror might not have happened at your end. We may recover slowly from the tragedy and traveled a distance to wipe out the horror from our mind but repetition at your end reminds us our loss, our tragedy , our sorrows. 

We buried your rejected death bodies at higher mountains with religion rights. As a country we respect religion. However they danced in your cities with cut head of our soldiers. Even then you didn't act. Tears in my mother’s eyes still awaiting that head to complete a cremation. A proud father still search silently a peace which you people taken from us with your ghastly act.They hijacked IC-814 and stabbed Ripon Katyal to die in flight only. Still her wife waiting for the answer and punishment to those done this to her. Even then you didn't act.

After enormous sufferings at our end and with so much anger suppressed with these cowardice act, I feel sad with the loss of 140 innocent children’s. My believe is they are not only your children’s but our children’s too. If seeing my son’s little bruise I can’t control then what might be happening today to all those parents lost their children’s ? Entire country of yours shaken today with this massacre of innocent lives. We too feel sorrow and saddened with this act. It is not death in my neighboring country, it is death happen in my neighborhood.

IN SHADOW OF BLESSINGS!!!

Not an easy day for me to start with. Reaching Bhopal in morning and making my-self present there with so many others, awaiting for the last journey of a human being from her home to crematory. My inconsolable friend and his nearer and dearer with so many others waiting to pay their last homage to a lady who has just left all of us even after serious attempts of medical fraternity. They say you never know when you will go but live in grace and spread happiness till your last breath. My little association with this family along with my kids and wife reminds me happiness which She had showered on us. Few hours spent by my family with her in her home, trying to bring all happiness to my kids and taking supervision herself providing comfort to this first time visitors to her home was unforgettable.

Moments of truth, no one can deny and its fact of life. Even then it is painful to extreme. Though I was there to console my friend but gradually I find myself lost in grief and sorrows of so many others. Taking her to crematory to complete the last rites and seating nearer to her I failed to look her face. With enormous courage when saw her face I couldn’t control but cried within myself and allowed tears to come down to pay my homage to her. Motherly affectionate message telling in silent to all of us take-care children’s my journey is over, it is your responsibility now to carry forward your duties alone. Cremations completed as the body burnt into ashes with enchanting of sacred Mantras by Pandit, with tearful homage of all, with echo of Omm.

We all returned back after surrendering our prayer to almighty, let her soul rest in peace, with a promise to her to live our time in SHDOW of HER BLESSINGS!!!

VADODRA EVENING

“Vadodra Evening”

Returned and requested to change my room as I was feeling little bit clumsy in room given y.day due to non-availability in my regular hotel. My tour hotels are fixed and don’t change them regularly. It’s half-past 7 and still not dark outside. Packed window shield restricting natural air from outside but buzzing sound of occasional high speed vehicle is not restricted at-all.

From my 6^th floor hotel room am only seeing top of trees, swinging slowly with approaching wind as if preparing for night and a night sleep after protecting thousands commuters from days heat. All of them looks blue from distance but few of them refreshing and lighter blue probably a sign of youngest surrounded by matured companion.

Switched off TV which is distracting my mind before listening news of bloodshed and death in Iraq, Israel and Palestine. I can see and feel the thrill of breeze outside with swinging of branches and leafs, with their swing they kisses each other, embrace each other with passion. Approaching dusk bringing back birds to their nest and their happy swirling before settle down to their respective home is easy and cool to watch from a distance.  Went on looking to this small jungle like scenery outside from the restricted boundaries of window. Not in inch right or left as my views may see concrete structures and may disturb my focus to watch peaceful existence of trees from my hotel room.  My tired body  gradually settling down and started feeling the coolness of my imagination. Ticking wall clock reminding me all the time his existence even though I wanted to overlook his sound. Greenery outside gradually fading its colour to black leaving their cheerfulness swinging to a standstill as if preparing themselves for a long night sleep.   Distant street lamps flickering taken their duty till next morning and I am preparing with my reports submission on days work and next day assignment.

Though this is very powerful do we really take steps to implement the same. 

That’s what since childhood am being taught and unconsciously or consciously I behave in same way. I failed to control myself to intervene if anything happened in-front of me or even reading or knowing of guilty made by others. I analyze am I doing the same ? Why this has happened ? What could be the reason when someone behave abnormally bringing curse to himself or to his/her family or to society as a whole. Many times it is difficult to find answer. Reason as you can’t predict the environment and upbringing status of the person. 

As am in direct touch with so many individuals, day-in and day-out, thankx to the profession which giving me this opportunity, I saw a gradual change in behavioural and mindset as whole in last several years.  Everyone seems so much greedy for his own self rather having time to think about others. Temptations to earn easy bucks has gone dramatically high. Working habits to produce results seems a bookish statement. Seems there is a race between individual to provide worldly lavish environment and objective how to achieve same. If process is genuine then there is no issue at all. However accidents which we all observing in society in various category proves that the process is not correct. Dreams and reality though understood by all somewhat need to be achieved in a forcible way. Probably that’s the cause of nuisance happening across. In this context what could have been done? How everyone can come-out and behave sensibly so that we have a wonderful world. See the dramatic changes in world and you can surprise and obviously force you to ask yourself my God what’s the hell is going on. Relentless bombardment in Gaza and Rocket firing from opponent, what’s going to be achieved? Ebola struck victims dying helplessly and we don’t have any means to protect them. We destroy our heritage monuments those who were built with so much dedication by our predecessors. Thread of humanity seems gone somewhere. Can anyone bring that back? Can we all pray that Budha, Gandhi or Mandela born again in this universe to teach us the powerful message of non-violence? How can human being fight and kill just to prove that their religion is superior to others? How can so called leaders simply close their eyes not intervening to stop tragedies rather taking side who is right or who is wrong?

Close your eyes and think. Let’s entire world not behave like wall mounted dead animals having no response to any cause. I hope am wrong in my conclusion but seeing human catastrophe across am being forced to think like same and forcing to ask myself how most intelligent creature created by almighty is behaving like animals. Hence join hands together to shout louder to obliterate false.
