“Tendliya to Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, Bharat Ratna”

14th Nov 1989 to 14th Nov 2013. Journey comes to an end by little master.  Professional cricket and representing country comes to an end. However his humbleness and humility and inclination to learn game to its perfection made him a class which many envy and aspire to reach.

His retirement day speech touch millions and again proved a perfect planner not only bringing best in game but in public domain also. Dusk in Arabian Sea horizon might have stalled a bit to listen to his last tribute to his fans. Waves in Arabian Sea might have touched with the emotional deliberation of little genius. Flock of birds might have swirling around wankhede to bless this little master.  He might not return again to international arena to play cricket but his dedication and master strokes might be emulated by millions of die-hard fans  to keep his achievements immortal.

Like millions I too touched by his speech. How many times I’ve read the same I don’t know exactly but each word pronounced, each thankful message given in a public domains was mesmerizing.  Acherkar ji’s guidance, his brother Ajit’s sacrifice, Aunt, Sister, Father, Mother and to whom he has not remembered in the day of his retirement shows his gratitude towards each one of them. Its true without their relentless sacrifice our Tendliya might not be Tendulkar Bharat Ratna.
Happy to see him his debut at Pakistan, Happy to watch him hitting Abdul Kadir to stands. Happy to watch him bringing laurels to the country. My small tribute this person who has inspired millions and I am one amongst them. Salute to little Master.
